Our horses
About 15 years ago we could see a need for a
bigger, stronger ranch horse .  We were seeing
feet and leg problems just when they reached
their prime.  We decided to take some steps to
produce a stronger more durable horse.
We shipped in 3 half Percheron stallions and
picked the best of them.  His name is Huey, and
he has since proven himself very well.  We bred
him to foundation bred AQHA mares which we
also hand picked. We use the longer muscled,
free moving kind of mares. We also breed some
fine registered colts. We sell most of our horses
as colts, but also break and finish some of these
fine animals.
We have about 10 geldings we work in our own
everyday work.  Most of our ranch horses are
either 1\4 or 1\8 Percheron.
